这些“世界之最”动物们你认识吗？

A giraffe is the tallest animal in the world. It has a very long neck and eats leaves.

长颈鹿是世界上最高的动物。它有很长的脖子，吃的是树叶。

A hippopotamus is a big animal with a large head, short legs and thick skin. It lives in a river or a lake.

河马是一个非常大型的动物，它有一个大脑袋、短短的腿和厚厚的皮。它生活在河流或者湖泊里。

#3 跳得最高最远的哺乳动物

 

A kangaroo is an animal that has strong back legs for jumping. A mother kangaroo carries her baby in a pouch.

袋鼠有着强壮的后腿，非常擅长跳跃。袋鼠妈妈一般把小袋鼠放在她的育儿袋里。

A lion is a big, wild cat that roars.
